Thanks for the old detailed post at the top. It's a beauty. I have to wonder if you are still a fan. 4 years experience with Borax? I'd love to hear if you still feel the same about it or basically would you change anything about the way the original post is written.

I am excited about it. Just got some 20 mule team today. I'm a little bit scared of it. Only this and DE frighten me a little. (AND believe me I've tried many things).

What concerns me is, having been around the Candida Forum off and on since 2010, why has it taken me this long to discover borax? Borax use/talk is not that common and I don't see yet why that is.

Borax use in enema seems like a good choice for candida? I could only find ONE person on the net that did it (and loved the result btw).

Also, I've not spent ANY time on the Iodine forum. I've researched and been using iosol 2 drops 2x per day. That's the extent of my Iodine knowledge. What are your thoughts on iosol vs. lugols. I seem to do better with the iosol.
