I don't think I have been supplementing long enuf and have not been a daily doser...i'm lazy.

Both 5gms and 4gms seem to give me a higher heart rate, but the 1 gram seems better.

My sleep was off too and I was hoping it would have made me sleep less, but it made sleep just as long as before which is 10 hours per day for me to feel good.
