permanent. There is junk food that is gluten free - cookies/cake/pizza etc. Hell even dominos now serves a gluten free crust.

I prefer to eat clean, but if you have the need, eat all the gluten free junk food you'd like. Just make sure no wheat, rye or barley in it.
