without ozone water you will eventually have a Herx reaction. Flu like symptoms etc etc. That's likely why you're all swollen up. Before the ozone water AIDS patients would get very sick.

Beck says in his videos that the wrists have more circulation and are better than the feet area. when hooked up to the wrists you are free to go about your business.
