-I think it's an individualized thing and is based on how sick they are to begin with, how many chemicals they are in contact with on a daily basis, diet, lifestyle, etc. I have to say I don't mind that I started slow to begin with. That's what I was comfortable with at the time. But now I'm so glad I made the decision to go higher...
