I also have the CBS defect. I think this explains why I never did well with taurine even though I have the endless liver congestion.

I plan on trying methyl folate soon. B12 though I never did well with, maybe it was the wrong form. I had shots and pills both and neither did anything for me. Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) strangely does not bother me. benzoates on the other hand I cannot stand at all.

Yasko seemed too expensive for me at this point. I just want to dip my feet in the waters and see if anything significant happens, then I can bankrupt myself later if it will be worthwhile.

Maybe I will message you at some point when I'm a little more educated and can ask proper questions. Thanks.
