Thanks for your feedback! Can all of you who were on the program for 1-2+ years elaborate on the experiential benefits that it facilitated/ or was there a serious absence of progress?

Any more in depth information on this program would be greatly appreciated as I am currently compiling reviews/feedback/strategies and weighing my options.
