Interesting, but clearly made by someone who hasn't had AF/GAS. There are a lot of videos of that sort on youtube.

This is why I prefer information from Lam, Wilson, Dr Myhill etc, as they have all had AF/GAS and recovered with their own methods, and they are real doctors. I have yet to meet or talk to ANYONE who had late stage AF/GAS and recovered with a metabolic profiling/high carb diet. It is literally impossible due to the way the endocrine system works.
