Ok. I was deciding if I should fast through Mother's Day but since I have several kids and fam wants to bless me I will start on Monday and prepare meanwhile. Are you an experienced faster? I have done a couple Water Fasts but none lengthy. I was hoping to succeed in a long fast. I have a goiter on my thyroid and am hoping to help my body rid itself of that.
