It depends on what type of worm you have. In the past people would lure tape worms out by starving for a week and then putting milk on the ground or in front of their mouth and when the tape worm came out the dotors would grab it and pull it out. Ascaris will often come out alive from rectum or mouth if you are put under anethesia.
