Yes, my Surgeon once gave me Lugol's to rub on scar tissue. It kind of worked but nothing like Lugol's in large amounts internally, I believe it has to do with sufficiency.. in short more is better.. but be aware that more can cause many issues including free floating Heavy Metals..
