Oh ! Same problem here .It is happened today out of nowhere and was pretty scary. when you alone and feel so confused,this weird feeling in the head ,lightening in the eye ,floating and blurry vision . Thanks God i found this forum and feel not alone and little bit came down ..Like many of you,guys i've been under so much stress lately and lightening and floating with blurry vision is stays all day,not getting better. There is no headache,but feeling very disgusting inside the head.
