Ok so about 10 days ago I started on 300mg and that was good so 3 days ago I went up to 500mg. I'm probably going too fast but anyway the last 2 days i have been sooo tired. I'm also very depressed today and have convinced myself that Iodine won't work for me, because I can only get lugol's. Is 500mg too much to take of Lugol's or should I just take even more tomorrow to get rid of this detox? I would take 1 gram tomorrow if I could.

I know I ask lots of questions here, sorry about that. It's just been over 2 months since I started supping and there's only a tiny tiny difference in the texture of my skin :(
