gee, ya did good on 300. thats a lot of Lugols without using magnets on the bottle.

the elemental in Iodine is medicine. its corrective. its reactive. it will cause oxidative stress. thats why i concocted SSKI 2%. one can take a gram of that without the stress you are experiencing.

i slowly became convinced that Lugols was not a particularly adequate human supplement. i like it. i love it. i keep it on hand. but its not my daily driver.
