I'd forget about all fruit for awhile and maybe the flushes for a little while, too.
Try a nice bowl of miso soup every morning. And maybe another serving in the evening, too. You cook your vegetables from scratch, then add miso according to how salty you like the soup. You never boil the soup once the miso is added.It is a wonderful way to start healing your guts. YUM.
This soup feels so "right". It'll "speak to you", I promise. It should stop your fermentation in its tracks. Try and find a high quality, nonpasteurized miso. If there's none in your town or city, you can look on the internet and order some.
