I agree with not having an attitude. Have never been to a pre-trial hearing before but I have heard they will try to scare me. It would surprise me if they can do that. I am not easily scared. But I have never been in that position, so I don't know. A friend of mine said they scared the pee whopping bee jeebers out of her and then dismissed her ticket after telling her she had better not smile or look like she won when she left because they did not want anyone knowing they let her off
