I feel so tired. Not extremely tired but tired enough to bother me. I was just watching scishow but feel too distracted by my tiredness. I figured since I can't get out of bed, might as well watch scishow in bed. I downloaded passion4profession apps for butt, abs, legs, and chest and now at least 20% of my muscles are sore. No wonder their plans for you is to do the exercises every other day. I have not felt tired like this in a long long time. Guess I will do online guided !meditation instead.
