That is what we call here on CZ a "rope" or "string". It is actually a biofilm symbiotic colony of candida yeast and bacteria and minerals (calcium, magnesium, and iron). It attaches at one end to the wall lining of your colon and floats freely like a streamer in your colonic chyme. It doesn't have to go anywhere, it' meals come to it. Quite diabolical if you ask me.
