Re: Refeeding on lemon juice after a long water fast

43 days is a peculiar goal. Why 43? What if you feel true hunger on day 33? or 29?

I have done many fasts ans broken my fast with lemon. I eat the lemon like an orange, peel and eat. You can make lemon juice (organic lemons only), but no salt or spices for 7 days, let all the salts and minerals come from the fruits and veggies.

You can stay on juices for 7days after your fast is complete. Even though you eat solid foods it should be chewed really well so it becomes juice.

Your re-feeding period should be a month with a long fast and then if you fasted every Monday that would be good. Every three months you fast for 7-10 days is ok.

Hope this helps.
