Yes, I saw your PM. But there is not much I can do in the short term.

Since the fast was easy and hunger has not returned, even though I am breaking the fast today, I hope that means that the next fast of 14+ days will be easier..

Overall, still no real change in urine, BM, or hypertension at all (although the fact that the urine is yellow at all indicates that *some* detox is happening)...

I thought that autolysis happens by day 3-4, as there is no real way for it not to happen...
