Sure you should try sauna and colonics, but logically speaking if you do one colonics before the fast, your colon will have nothing afterwards. All other junk that body wants to throw out it will come when ready during your fast.

There are many posters on dry fasting forum who drink a few sips of water to continue dry fasting. Check posts from "fonty", he was big on dry fast and of course "hghbuzz".
