I'm glad to hear your Cat. Depression had diminished with the supplements.

Mine has also been helped by those and others but I am sensitive to forskolin. It has a similar effect as caffeine. I'm also sensitive to caffeine.

Cutler encourages people to take methylation support. An old post on the supplements he took while chelating was dominated by methylation support supplements and antioxidants. However he warns that some people will become agitated on B12 and some other methylation support supplements. I am one.

However, he is not impressed by the argument made about the need for methyl folate and other more esoteric forms of folate. He thinks the vast majority of people will do okay on higher amounts of inexpensive folic acid.

He clearly isn't discouraging the use of the more expensive stuff except for the price. For example this is a post in a detox support group so there is an assumption that heavy metals are involved in the person's problems.
