I'm on my 6th day of the cleanse right now and this is my second time doing the MC. Do you exercise during the MC? I do yoga mixed with pilates almost every morning and it really helps my energy level. I'm hypoglycemic and can get very affected by my blood
Sugar level and I'm amazed at how more awake I feel on the MC. As for dry skin, do you ordinarily moisturize? I regularly use a facial moisturizer so I've never noticed increased dryness of my skin. Also, are you drinking plenty of water in between lemonades? Drink lots of water in between. If you are hungry and water isn't helping you should drink a lemonade even if you want to lose weight. Your body is telling you it needs something and you shouldn't sacrafice anything just to lose weight. You can also lessen the amount of syrup by just a tad (like not filling the tablespoon to the very top). I drink one every other hour starting at about noon everyday because I do the SWF. You have to drink the
SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) all at once as fast as you can so it keeps me full most of the morning. You should also really drink at least six lemonades - your body needs the nutrition.
As for not being able to squeeze lemons have you tried bottled fresh squeeze lemon juice like the Santa Cruz brand. It's just pure organic lemon juice so that could be an alternative for you. I'm not sure about you cayenne pepper question - having too much shouldn't be a problem since all it does is help speed your metabolism and most chili peppers really help your blood flow in general. I've read a lot of people with sinus problems find that the
