Hi, thanks for replying to my post. Thank you for all your great tips. I read Stanley's book, and I saw what I was doing wrong. A homeopathic doctor recommended some herbs for me to take, that will help my nasal congestion. Once I'm done taking those herbs I will try Jala Neti. Thanks again.
