That's great that you are doing so well. And interesting that you have taken things from Dr. Wilson's, too. How strict are you on the diet? I do my best with it but find on days I'm dumping copper that meat and veggies don't appeal at all. I eat more carbs those days which seems to be typical for people dumping copper. I also eat veggies he says not to such as nightshades. I'm just not convinced that those vegetables should be left out. I don't do potatoes very often since they are high carb but do eat tomatoes, peppers, and eggplant.
coffee enemas are daily for me as well. I would not be able to cope with copper dumps without them! And I think GB-3 is a powerful digestive aid that is very helpful.
