It takes time but you need to be consistant. They are tough but you are tougher.
I have done a lot. What is it that you have? Diet is very important. If you eat garlic and weaken them and then have a couple cookies you will strengthen them right back up. I would never say drny yourself anything but if you are working hard to eliminate than sometimes the cookies as a snack for example may not be worth it if its going to undo the progress you have made. I believe what you eat and dont eat play a huge role.
