Old thread but just from personal experience. Was already a vegetarian regarding a). Re b) I found getting and drinking 2 pints of milk each time I grocery shop has averted the kidney stone issue. Different persons body responses may be different but the ingestion of this calcium rich drink binds with the oxalate in your system higher up averting stones further down the body. Point 12 is good especially conventional tea as the times I had stones it was sparked by this specifically tea without milk. I have an ongoing Tapeworm issue that has plagued my life but this is a separate issue albeit may have left me prone to having gone through the stones issue.
