My Amazing Herbs bottle lists the oil as both Black Cumin Seed Oil and Nigella Sativa. Do you know, is it Cumin or is it Nigella Sativa?

I have basal cell carcinoma on my nose. I just started applying it topically, rubbing it into my cancer areas on my nose. I am noticing some improvement. Hopefully this will continue.

Update 01/19/25: All topical applications failed to cure my basal cell carcinoma. In 2018 I had four surgeries on my nose, two of them plastic surgeries to reconstruct my right nostril. After research I started taking 1,000 mg's of Niacinamide per day. Since starting the Niacinamide intake I have remained clear of cancer. I also avoid direct sunlight on my nose by wearing a cloth on my nose while driving and by walking indoors.
