I will let you know in a few days. Today the hung was 158/108 which is still way better. I’ve only had juice periodically throughout the day. I’m hungry and everything is working but I want to do the green juice for another day, I’m never going back to bad eating. I took that option out 4 months ago and refuse to eat poison again.

While not fasting I will be concentrating on walking and distressing and relaxation as much as possible.
