I had major bloating and gas. Since I started the candida diet, I eliminated grains--for now, my main source of carbs is non allergenic rice.
Since I stopped eating grains, and despite the fact I eat a lot of raw veggies, the bloating has been considerably reduced.
I am not to fond of theories but in my case, the notion that a lot of candida sufferers have celiac desease turned out to be true.
