Now I make insight why I have got gas pretty often since I start eating alot of cultured vegetables which includes cabbage. But I am not going to stop eating my baby cultured vegetables, haha.
Also, I have noticed that my gas reduces dramatically if I dont drink water at least two hours after meal.
Any message about this? Yeah, actually I still would like to stop this gas trouble. Can I even though I still eat cultured vegetable?
I know this is off the point. I just ordered Nourishing Traditioins. I am pretty excitied to read this book. What do you think of this book?
