What is the best way to cook beans for gas prevention? I boil water, pour it over beans (to kill germanation) soak over night, then rinse and simmer with kombu untill soft. I also have a pressure cooker, and have pressure cooked beans after a soak with spice for flavor. Here is the problem. My husband, no matter what method of cooking still gets gas from my beans, now he won't eat beans very much. What am I doing wrong? Thanks!
