Keep an eye on his diapers, if there is more red stuff - keep track of it. Also take note if he seems to be in discomfort, feverish, lethargic etc.

If he is acting like there is nothing wrong than likely it is nothing serious...

However if his behaviour causes any major concern have him checked out just be on the safe side.

Just remember you don't have to take the doctor's advice - unless it is a grave emergency there is usually time to research treatments etc.
