thanks blueduck for your return message... i did read in another posting on some other site about a book called "under the influence".. i am thinking of purchasing it and i would like to ask you, as you seem to be well versed in the scenario; do you know of this book and would you recommend it? ... also, do you believe it to be possible to go into recovery via one's own self verve, without the use of outpatient situations?. is it really necessary to go into a group forum to help the situation?... i would think it depends on the individual,... yet at the same time, i am thinking the individual at heart would know that without an outward situation, there is no real confrontation with the matter... which is ultimately what the situation becomes.. no? .. looking fwd to your opinion/response.. tks..
