I am healthy and have been doing Maker's Diet for 11 weeks. I take the Primal Defense- one a day. I have been experiencing the die-off reaction (my husband has severe candida overgrowth so I am able to identify it). It's not debilitating but is a drag. Anyone else experiencing it? Just curious...
