Re: Primal Defense and die-off

I have been experiencing anxiety, exhaustion, brain fog, and a drunk like feeling- all of which, when I described to my husband who has been battling severe candida overgrowth for a year, are die-off symptoms. He could relate to them all. I have never experienced the white, chalky palms (I don't think he has either- although he has had thrush). The dief-off was only real bad for a day this time, so I am hoping it won't continue and my body will adjust. I have been eating a lot of foods with anti-fungal properties and fermented foods, so that probably added to it. So anyway, how's your die-off going?
