If you have the money for all that, you might as well go with a vitamin/mineral supplement that probably has all those things in it plus. It is called Damage Control Master Formula I will give you a link to their website. It is an excellent vitamin supplement I took it for a while, but with three kids and my dh's business failing I just could not afford to keep taking it. I only took half the recommended amount each day so the month's supply actually lasted me two months. I felt good when I was taking it, and it was a while before I found something that helped me feel ok (but not as good as when I took Damage Control).
And just so you know I am not selling it nor have I ever sold it, I actually purchased it from my local health food store for less than they sell it off of their website.

I should also say that right now the "word is" that whole food vitamins are actually better than the seperately created ones, there are three brands that I am aware of, Maximimum Living - Vita-Sprout (I actually took this as my prenatal vitamin for all three of my pregnancies), Standard Process - Catalyn (which I currently am taking, it is very reasonably priced, but you have to get it from a liscensed health professional, like a chiropractor or naturopath), and the Living Multi or something like that from Garden of Life again this one is too rich for my checkbook.

From your list if it isn't in the Multi you decided to take, I would highly recommend you find a good quality Omega 3 oil supplement which could be fish oil (a good quality one that has a process to remove mercury, like Carlson's) or you could take flax or evening primrose oil or a mixture of all, borage oil is supposed to be good as well, I take a flax/borage mix personally. A good quality acidophilus is also very important I like Natren's Healthy Trinity, but it is expensive! I have taken UAS LABS DDS plus Acidophilus for years with good success (aka: no more yeast infections) As far as the tea you could just make it a point to drink a cup every day, I wouldn't bother with a supplement personally, but that is just me. I try to drink tea daily as it helps with my eczema, come to think of it, maybe I should get a tea type supplement :o).

Hope this helps you out.
