Whoa. That's a long list you got there!
I don't know too much about supplements, but I know a little about most of the ones you posted.
First of all, you have to understand that all vitamins and minerals work best when used in conjunction with all the other vitamins and minerals. A lot are better absorbed when taken with another vitamin or mineral (like Vitamin C and iron).
A woman's multi would would be good, but you have to see what amounts they are in and if they meet the RDA values.
Vitamin E is great for skin. Selenium has increased efficacy when taken with Vitamin E, but I'm not sure exactly what its benefits are.
Grapeseed extract and green tea are said to fight off free radicals which, among many other things, can result in wrinkles.
Digestive enzymes and probiotics may help in enabling your body to absorb more nutrients and utilize them, but, I don't think that either one of them directly benefits skin or hair.
It wouldn't really be necessary for you to take any amino acid supplements if you do not have any specific helth problem. I believe they are geared to reduce symptoms of certain illnesses and sicknesses when taken separately like that (L-carnitine, L-glutamine, etc.) Amino acids are just the "building blocks of protein." If you're getting enough protein through your diet (which most people DO), then supplementary aas aren't necessary.
Psyllium and apple pectin are supplements used to increase fiber. Oat bran can be used in that capacity, as well, although, I'm sure it has other health benefits (of which I am not aware of. Oatmeal is said to lower cholesterol, though).
Vitamin B-complex is a good thing to take because the B vitamins are supposed to aid in cellular regeneration, such as the skin cells.
Borage and flax oil are really great for getting your EFAs (Essential Fatty Acids), which are very important to good skin and help the hair, as well, I believe. Like Poppy suggested, though, I would take a blend. A company named Flora has a blend with flax oil, sunflower oil, sesame oil, rice germ and bran oil, evening primrose oil and oat germ and bran oil. This blend provides you with both omega 3s and 6s.
The rest of the items you listed I have never heard of them to be used for benefitting hair or skin. And, if you are getting enough protein, Vitamin E, EFAs and the like, there would be no use for you to get a hair, skin, nails supplement. I'm sure most of them are just combinations of the aforementioned items.
Hope this helped you some! :o)
