10 year old son

Hi,
My 10 year old son has 3 major problems:
1. Still wets the bed, every night (father and grandfather were the same way, both quit at age 12/13).
2. Food allergies (non-life threatening) milk, soy, eggs
3. Having trouble learning to read. He's fine with math. But he reads slow, still sounding out all the letter sounds.

I thought that the bed wetting and allergies is his liver, but what about his reading??
