thank you for so much info.! o.k., now, when you go to buy the Bentonite at the health food store, do you ask for a specific name? or just "bentonite clay"?....and the psyllium, what exactly is "whole husk"? and which is better, the husk or the powder? (or doesn't it matter?)......how many shakes do you drink per day? Do you know if there are any particular "side effects" I should know about before taking this - such as headaches, bloating, pain, .........whatever? when you tak this stuff, do you still feel "normal"? Please understand, I've never swallowed volcanic clay before! THANKS!!!!
