I just wanted to add... Keep in mind we are more conscious of what we eat, so we would be eating smart right? One meal the right way... but some of us are probably already doing that... I'm not talking about monday a snickers, tuesday a milky way, wednesday a hot fudge sunday... ROFL even though there are people that are actually doing it that way LOL I think that's awful because when all is said and done when they reach their goal and decide to start eating "normal" they won't know "how to eat healthy" So I always believe during fasting and partial fasting for weight loss we are training ourselves to make smart healthy selections of what to eat. This is the way we should be viewing our eating plans.
