I feel fat and frustrated. My fiance is coming over for dinner. AGGHHHHHHHH!!!
I am making fish, veggie, salad and fruit. I had water all day.

I really am upset with my daily plan. I don't know what to do? I know I can't do a water fast. Should I juice restrict etc????

I am going to hug my dog right now. :)
