Re: Epsom salt (magnesium sulfate) as magnesium supplement?

Hi I used to do this too for magnesium. I have noticed that epsom seems be acidic to my body like when I take it in the liver flush. I am just returning from buying magnesium citrate for supplementation. Perhaps being tied with sulfur makes epsom acidic not sure maybe a chemist amongst us may know.
