I don't use the first morning urine, I once read somewhere it was not good for pregnant women something to do with hormones. Also the first urine is more acidic.
Right now I only use the UT with a ph of at least 7. I do test.
I was off all my anti-depressant medication after flushing etc. and after starting UT my mind became even better.
