I took it internally, at least 5 times a day. About a shot glass each time. And to be honest that was just a guess, i couldnt get into drinking much more, at least not yet.

I'm convinced actually that i will have a full head of hair by the end of the month. Looks like new follicles are appearing daily at the very front. Remarkable, considering i never knew or intended that it would happen.

and to expand on what else i did-

at least 25 Liver Flushes over the last 3 years
9 x 5day fasts, with Blessedherbs.com , colon kit
regular coffee enemas
daily lemon,celery,carrot,apple juice for the last 10months
and mainly a very healthy Diet eg. vege rice, slad wraps etc.
