PLEASE HELP !! I can't take this anymore, horrible inflammation

I have had eczema for about 16 years now and I'm 25. My face and neck are the worst. They resemble a very bad sunburn. My skin on my face and neck is always red, cracked, peeling, HOT, stinging and generally always inflamed leather that will not absorb water at all. Then it moves down to my collar, chest, then stomach and arms. Im covered in beet red rashes. I've tried EVERYTHING over the years with no resolution. Does anyone know of any good treatments ? I'm desperate and will do anything ! Right now I'm using organic face cream which doesn't hurt but also doesnt help. I've had to drop out of school and I'm going to loose my job. I'm about ready to give up, I just can't take this anymore. Can anyone please help me ?
