Yeah! I noticed and improvement in my skin from drinking distilled water but I got more headaches until after about 2 weeks on it. It rapidly detoxifys so that is a temporary side effect. The Acne came back with oil pulling so I have taken a break from pulling for the time being. I wish I could cure this acne.
