To be clear, you liver cleansed until you passed sand or until you were finished passing sand?
I cleansed until I passed sand. Actually, I had read somewhere that when you passed sand you knew you were finished with your initial series of liver cleanses. I thought that sounded ridiculous and that I would stop when my last two cleanses were free of stones. Liver cleanse number 5 was free of stones and on liver cleanse number 6 I passed sand and no stones.
Do you do other things for
Liver Cleansing (diet, supplements, etc.) besides the periodic cleanses?
For liver support I consume apple cider vinegar, coconut oil, beet juice and beet kvass. Beets are great for liver support. Sometimes I drink lemon juice/water. A 24 hour
Water Fast once a week and a longer water or juice fast once a year. Coffee enemas.
In the past I have taken lecithin, milk thistle, bile salts, and olive oil.
Also, what do you make your kefir out of?
I use Body Ecology kefir starter and raw goat milk. I make the first pint of kefir and then use it to make all the following batches. Meaning I do not make each batch off the previous batch. The reason I do this is because the bacteria in the raw goat's milk competes with the bacteria in the kefir starter and it weakens the starter. I have used kefir grains in the past, but I had difficulty keeping them alive. This will make better sense to you once you read how to make kefir here :
