I'm back...
Food Addiction... The Number One Killer

This last year has been a rollercoaster. Many changes, mostly good. Way too busy though, which helped contribute to the way I feel today. You know, when you don't have time to prepare healthy food, which DOES take time, there are 40 different fast food joints to choose from that will take just minutes! Precious minutes...
Then, after you've gotten hooked on the junk (again) it's like a drug addiction. Nothing tastes good, nor is appealing or satisfying unless it's completely bad for you.
Regardless of the obvious effects (weight gain-big surprise) I feel like crud! No energy what-so-ever, my mind is in a fog, I'm moody... Ah! Today, I hit the wall. I looked at my gray complexion and unfit body and just about died. Have I been hiding from the mirror?! What is different about today?! Perhaps, it's because I now have time again. Time to stop and smell the roses, per se'...
Well, I'm done. I am sick of feeling sick! Fortunetely I know how to be healthy, now I've got to work on the "head to heart to action" connection. Knowledge is one thing, heart and action are completely different.
Thankfully I have this blog to help me remember past triumphs, and the people here at Curezone to share their own experiences.
