bikram yoga...back at it again

I had a very tough day at work today. I'm in the midst of nursing orientation and it was just hectic today. I was making mistakes early on out and had to tell my preceptor that I needed to get off the wing and go on a five minute break. Things were busy right up till I had to go home.

My husband got me a new power cord for my ibook and I was able to play abripperX and BIKRAM YOGA. Wow I think yoga was so tough was because of the day from hell I had at work and plus I've not done any yoga since my mother got diagnosed with cancer.

I feel like I'm back to my spiritual home by doing yoga and meditation. Maybe I'll end up back in church now and :GASP: even go to confession and receive Holy Communion. That's what happened to me when I started practicing yoga. Somehow one wants to reach for higher spiritual things.
